Established in 2009, the Vehicle Safety Certification Center (VSCC) is a non-profit organization under the supervision of Ministry of Transportation and Communications (MOTC) of Taiwan. The VSCC conducts research on vehicle safety, assists the MOTC by providing services related to vehicle safety certification, and works to promote vehicle safety in general.
