Status report on the Horizontal Reference Document for lighting equipment

67th GRE session (26-29 Mar 2012)

The HRD was conceived as a repository for lighting requirements shared across multiple rules. However, active support has been insufficient to move forward. This submission proposes to suspend the effort pending an EC-sponsored WP.29 effort to improve the Forum’s rule development processes.
