The proposals adopted during the June 2014 session of the World Forum have completed their six-month waiting periods and are now considered binding on the Contracting Parties, according to notices published by the UN Office of Legal Affairs on February 2.

The next set of pending regulations are those adopted during the November 2014 session. The adopted proposals are due to become binding on the Contracting Parties next June 15.
